• Borrowing: Minimum £150  Maximum £500

• Interest: 1% per month (12.7%APR)
• Repayments:
  • Weekly (50 weeks)
  • or 13 four-weekly instalments
  • from Child Benefit
• Eligibility:
  • Must receive Child Benefit in applicant's name
  • Loan must be used for school uniform/expenses
• Credit Check: Not required
• Extras: Support for parents with back-to-school costs

Who Can Apply?

If you receive child benefit in your name and would like extra support with uniform costs, you’re eligible to apply. Whether you’re already a member or thinking about becoming part of our credit union community, we welcome your application.

You must state reason for loan as School Uniform / Expenses.

  IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

• This Loan product DOES NOT require a CREDIT CHECK
• You must receive Child benefit for the number of school age children you are applying for.
• Child benefit MUST BE IN APPLICANT'S NAME 
• If your application is successful, your loan will be paid into the bank account details shown on the REVIEW page when  you submit your application. 
• EXISTING MEMBERS: Please check carefully, if you wish your loan to be paid into a different bank account, you MUST contact your local branch to amend these.
